Well done everyone throughout Term 2 2020!
COVID-19 has been a challenge for everyone but the Leaders at 1st Belmont have once again been amazing! As a team they have proven both how resilient they are as leaders and how Scouting builds resilience in our youth. 1st Belmont Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers and Rovers have continued to run throughout 'isolation' offering interesting and challenging programs using Zoom and a range of other tools. There have been cook-offs, camps (tents in backyards or blanket hides inside), bike maintenance, guest speakers and much much more. We now look forward to a gradual easing of restrictions allowing meetings to return to the hall and more outdoor challenges!
